Academia Management Solutions International, (AMSI), is based in Dubai and has been dedicated to transforming the lives of students for over 30 years.
We currently have a vacancy for a School Improvement Partner to join a small, but growing team to develop our capacity to improve school effectiveness, providing support and challenge to further improve the leadership and management of our schools.
Those interested in applying should:
- have a proven track record of success in school leadership and experience of establishing effective partnerships to deliver whole school improvement
- share our ambition for achieving a consistently high quality education for all our children and young people
- understand and promote the distinctive character of International schools
- have an understanding of what supports and develops the capacity of school leaders to embed ambition and drive improvement in schools
- monitor, deliver and support a number of schools to enhance their journey to outstanding
- offer professional support, challenging and intellectual stimulus to our family of schools
- ensure that the necessary actions needed to bring about improvement are implemented quickly and effectively and are sustainable to deliver the required impact
- agree and recommend challenging and meaningful targets for improved attainment
- quality assure the work of colleagues to secure school improvement.

About Al Mawakeb Schools:
Al Mawakeb Schools are managed by AMSI and provide a most comprehensive university preparatory education to students of all backgrounds and nationalities.
Although our medium of instruction is English, we have a multilingual learning environment. Students study the English, French, and Arabic from K-12. All students are required to take all academic subjects. Non-Muslims only are exempted from Islamic Education.
Upon completing twelve years of education, students receive a high school diploma which enables our graduates to pursue higher education worldwide.
