Science & A Level Programme Area Leader (Reference T781)

This is an exciting time to join Bournville College.  You will be part of a newly formed management team.  During our latest Ofsted inspection in May 2014, we received a Grade 2 (Good).  Our students are at the heart of everything we do and we pride ourselves on the quality of our teaching and learning. 

As the Programme Area Leader, you will demonstrate an innovative and creative approach to curriculum management and the development of new programmes, as well as the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.  The successful candidates will have a wide range of relevant teaching experience and be able to demonstrate the ability to teach to a high standard across a range of appropriate programmes.
