At BBSCITT we strive to offer a superlative Initial Teacher Training programme. We are seeking to appoint a secondary manager to lead the secondary programme of our established SCITT which provides high-quality Initial Teacher Training to trainee teachers in the West Midlands.
BBSCITT is based out of the SCITT offices at Barr Beacon School and works in partnership with 15 local secondary schools to recruit, train and support trainees on their route to QTS and a PGCE. This is an exciting career opportunity for an ambitious and dedicated leader to work in close partnership with the SCITT Director, trust leaders and partnership schools to maintain our successful reputation as an ITT provider in the region.

BBSCITT has a reputation in the local area for providing excellent teacher training for schools in the West Midlands. Many of our former trainees are successful in gaining ECT positions in our partner schools, which highlights the impact this role has on the schools and community we serve. This role will be key to continuing this work, so that our partnership continues to go from strength to strength.
