An extraordinary place needs an extraordinary leader
PA High is a brand new free school with state- of- the- art facilities, which forms part of the Prince Albert Community Trust. In September 2024 it will be home to 750 students across Year 7 – Year 10. PA High is oversubscribed.
The trust is committed to excellence in education, addressing social injustice, and supporting community growth through our civic duty. Trust primary schools feed into the secondary enabling a seamless transition and depth of understanding.
The school is an exceptional place to work; staff are hardworking and committed to providing our students with broad and knowledge rich education that equips them to live full and successful lives. Our students have a love for learning and display joy and purpose when engaging with their teachers and peers. We are unashamedly ambitious for the quality of care and all-round education of the children and young people we serve. We want to provide access to outstanding opportunities within the classroom and beyond. The staff have an ingrained belief that every student can fulfil their potential regardless of their starting point.
We are searching for a school leader who is deeply inclusive, nurturing and who has a relentless focus on enabling excellent student outcomes. This leader will know that our students will never have this day again and will passionately understand the value of education. The school is about to start the next phase of its extraordinary journey. We have our founding cohort embarking on their GCSE’s, thereby bringing our vision to reality. There is an atmosphere of excitement amongst the staff, students and community. This is only the start. In 2026, we will open our sixth form.
