Norbury Manor Primary School is located in Croydon, serving a diverse community with pupils from a wide range of backgrounds. We are seeking an experienced teacher who

• Demonstrates outstanding teaching skills that secure strong progress for all learners
• Is passionate and committed to meeting the needs of pupils with SEN
• Has recognised SENCO qualifications
• Has successful experience of leading SEN in a primary school
• Is able to use achievement data to inform actions and evaluate impact
• Displays high levels of enthusiasm demonstrated through strong teamwork skills and a positive outlook
