The successful candidate will have:

  • A passion for supporting students with SEND.
  • Outstanding classroom practice and high expectations of all learners.
  • Exude a passion for learning and a driving ambition for every learner.

  • Experience in teaching both literacy and numeracy (desirable, but not essential).
  • A creative and an imaginative approach to teaching and learning.
