We are seeking to appoint an Assistant Headteacher at our friendly, welcoming and inclusive school to take on an important strategic role in the leadership team. You will lead, develop and support effective practice for pupils with specific learning needs, ensuring these are addressed in the most effective way.
Our ideal candidate will:
- be committed to our ethos of high expectations and standards
- have experience of identifying, monitoring, evaluating and providing effective strategies for pupils with additional support needs including SEN, EAL, Gifted and Talented
- have experience of raising attainment for pupils
- have relevant experience that would prepare you to assume or to continue the role of an effective Inclusion Manager
- hold or be pursuing qualifications relevant to the post
If you are an excellent practitioner with a strong background in inclusive provision and have, or are working towards, relevant qualifications, then this may be the job for you.
You will be joining a hard working and dedicated team of people within a very well-resourced school.
