31 Hours per week. Term time only, plus 5 days

(Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 8.40am to 3.10pm / Tuesday 8.40am to 4.10pm)

Band 4/5, SCP 3-6 (Actual Salary; £16,382 to £17,215)

Key Responsibilities:

·       Implementing strategies to enhance children's learning and development.

·       Collaborating with teachers and professionals to create inclusive environments.

·       Providing tailored 1-to-1 support.

·       Delivering small group interventions.

Requirements:

·       Level 2 Teaching Assistant Qualification

·       Friendly, positive personality with strong relationship-building skills.

·       Adaptable team player.

·       Empathetic and caring nature.

·       Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
