As we continue to build upon our legacy of excellence, including a recent sixth Outstanding OfSTED inspection, we are seeking to appoint an exceptional SENDCO for our school to further enhance our educational offering.

We are seeking a SENDCO qualified candidate with QTS who has excellent communication and negotiation skills. As a hospital school we work with many Local Authorities, including our home boroughs of Kensington & Chelsea and Westminster, NHS Trusts, Social Care teams, CAMHS, the home schools of our pupils, and a range of other agencies. Teaching and working with the pupils and their parents/carers in our school will be a key feature of the SENDCO role in order to enable them to achieve their potential.

Chelsea Community Hospital School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our children and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. This position is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and the successful applicant will be required to undertake and enhanced DBS disclosure.
