What you will do:

As Senior Academic Coordinator you will report directly into the Head of Education Consultancy and work with the Managing Director on specific projects. We work hard to ensure our tutors are fully supported in their roles and the delivery of our tuition programmes. This includes responsibility for recruitment of tutors, their continuing professional development and provision of resources as well as managing a number of exciting flagship projects working with schools. You will have the opportunity to oversee educational strategy projects from conception through to their execution.

What we are looking for:

• The ideal candidate will be a teacher with two or more years’ experience.
• A person who has taught in schools and is looking to transfer these skills into business.
• Strong management and leadership skills
• A dynamic, creative and strategic thinker
• Knowledge of the British independent school system
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Highly organised and proactive
• A genuine desire to help young people to achieve their potential.
