We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and inspirational Senior IT Technician
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (8 years) in IT support roles, preferably in an educational setting, minimum (5 years) experience of working in the United Arab Emirates or GCC
- Proficiency in operating systems, networking protocols, and hardware components.
- Knowledge of educational software applications/ technology tools, student information systems (SIS) and learning management systems (LMS) is highly desirable.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) desirable.
