Senior Receptionist and Reprographics Co-Ordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, articulate and personable person to join our Reception Team as Senior Receptionist and Reprographics Co-ordinator. The post holder will be responsible to the School Business Manager and will be responsible for the management and supervision of the main school reception and the coordination of school printing service. You will need to be well organised with good IT skills and the ability to plan and prioritise your workload.

·               Overall management and supervision of the school reception, ensuring the smooth running of the reception service.

·               Working alongside the morning receptionist to ensure that the telephone is efficiently and politely answered, and messages are carefully recorded and passed to staff.

·               Dealing in the first instance with individuals such as parents or contractors who are visiting the Academy following agreed guidelines to ensure adherence to safeguarding procedures.

·               Co-ordination of all printing work, ensuring it is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner and produced in a common St John’s School format.

·               Central purchasing, stock control and ordering of photocopier and printer consumables including toner, staples and paper, ensuring stock is always available.
