SUPPORT TEAM FOR EDUCATION IN PRIMARY AND SECONDARY

STEPS is a successful well-established inclusion service which is expanding into secondary provision. We are seeking a passionate, resilient and inspirational outreach teacher and manager who will:

• Play a key role in leading, shaping and developing our new secondary outreach provision for young people with learning barriers making the transition from Key Stage 2 to Key Stage 3 in Greenwich schools.
• Manage a team of outreach inclusion workers and assessors working with primary and secondary colleagues in years 6, 7 and beyond
• Have extensive experience of working with young people with SEND preferably at SENDCo level
• Hold a specialist dyslexia qualification or be willing to train in the first year of appointment
