We are seeking to recruit a Strategic Leader whole school and Senior Managers Primary and Secondary for a large school of 3000+ students, FS1 to Year 13, to work with and support an effective leadership team of a highly successful British Curriculum School in Dubai.
Strategic Leader
You will be a practicing head teacher and OFSTED trained, having substantive and successful experience of leadership and management in school(s) and the ability to utilise this in a highly effective way to further raise standards for all our students and sustain a very strong culture of continuous improvement. In a context of raising attainment for all, you will be successful in closing achievement gaps.
We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, enthusiastic and diligent to be part of a team of strategic leaders for school improvement, leading the primary and secondary phases to continue to raise already high standards and ensure our students make outstanding progress.
