The Mandeville School is embarking on an exciting journey of improvement which includes a state of the art new building. As part of this process the school is seeking a Subject Leader of Maths to lead the development of a new curriculum model designed to enable every child to succeed. Join us and become a key part of our Middle Leadership Team to create the School’s successful future.

You will be an enthusiastic and inspirational Teacher of Maths with the ability to lead a hardworking and dedicated team. You must be highly organised, have excellent communication skills and be able to teach Maths across the full ability range at Key Stages 3, 4 and 5.

The successful candidate will have high expectations of themselves, their colleagues and all students, as well as being committed to creating a stimulating learning environment that challenges all students to achieve their full potential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of raising attainment in science with a clear understanding of how to use data to track progress and plan intervention. This role would suit an ambitious leader who is keen to use this opportunity as a catalyst for further professional development.
