Broadclyst Community Primary School utilises its Academy freedoms to deliver an enriched and exciting project-based, problem solving curriculum. The school has embedded state of the art digital technologies to create a 21st century approach to both teaching and learning that sets the school in a global context. This will be your chance to work alongside a successful and professional team utilising technologies, ideas and methods not commonly in use.

Rated an ‘Outstanding’ school by Ofsted, Broadclyst is a Teaching School, a Microsoft Showcase School and an approved Academy Sponsor. The school has over 500 pupils on roll between the ages of 2 and 11.

We wish to employ an inspiring and professionally thoughtful teacher who is able to use a range of teaching styles and appropriate strategies to meet the needs of all children. The successful candidate will need to be both creative and passionate about learning. They must be able to teach using a multi-disciplinary approach, using ICT in a fully integrated way as a tool for both teaching and learning, which the school is nationally recognised for.

The post commences in September 2015 and is fixed term until July 22nd 2016. Contracts may be renewed depending on funding and performance.
