The Role: As the Teacher in Charge of English and Literacy, you will have the exciting opportunity to shape the academic and personal development of our students. You'll lead the English department, overseeing curriculum delivery and supporting a team of passionate educators. We're looking for someone who is innovative, engaging, and committed to raising standards in an Alternative Provision setting.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience in teaching English at Key Stages 3 and 4
  • High expectations for yourself and your students
  • Strong determination to raise standards and accelerate progress
  • Enthusiastic, motivated, and passionate about teaching
