St Michael’s Church of England High School is a school with an extremely bright future. Results over the last five years have seen dramatic rises reaching 95% 5 A*-C at GCSE in 2013 and the percentage including English and Maths rose by 12% to our best ever figure in 2014 and placing us in the Top 10 high schools in Sefton.

We are an 11-18 mixed Comprehensive School of around 550 students situated in a delightful position on the northern edge of Crosby.

We are looking to appoint an outstanding practitioner to teach Art from years 7-13.

The person appointed will have ambition, drive and energy and be able to teach across the ability and age range including A level. We are looking for a teacher who sets high standards, preferably has a record of outstanding achievement and is capable of developing Art across the school.

St Michael’s Church of England High School is a caring Christian community. The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to support this ethos.
