Teacher of Chemistry

Green Hills Academy, located in Kigali, the capital city, is Rwanda’s Premier School with an enrolment of 1600 students. This is a call to interested candidates to apply for the position indicated below:

Chemistry (with a minor subject as Biology):  position will be filled from August 15, 2015.

Profile:

A university degree and experience in teaching Chemistry (and Biology) at IB Diploma/ British GCE ‘A-level’ in an international setting is a definite asset. Consideration will be given to candidates with equivalent teaching experience with their national curricula.

Deadline for application: April 15, 2015. Interviews will be held soon after the deadline.

The school

Green Hills Academy comprises a Nursery, Primary, Prep School and a Secondary school. Successful candidates will have subsidized housing, return air tickets and full medical coverage.

Applicants must possess teaching qualifications and should provide copies of relevant degrees and transcripts. Applicant resumes should include names and contact information of three recent professional referees, two of them who have seen them teach.
