Trinity Academy is a new and expanding Academy in Brixton seeking a Teacher of English to join our team of highly motivated and dedicated staff.

Trinity Academy opened to its first cohort of Year 7 pupils in September 2014 and we are now seeking to recruit additional staff as we welcome our second Year 7 cohort in September 2015. Successful candidates will be highly motivated and dedicated to developing Trinity Academy as one of the best schools in South London.

The Academy has adopted an innovative model of teaching Year 7 and 8 pupils that seeks to ease the transition from primary to secondary school and there is a strong emphasis on pastoral support, alongside a clear focus on academic rigour.

Applications for this post are welcomed from both NQTs and experienced teachers. There is the possibility of additional responsibilities being added to this post, with appropriate remuneration for the right candidate. The starting date for a NQT will be July 2015.
