Teacher of English

UCAN is seeking to appoint a highly motivated and inspirational Teacher of English who is committed in raising the achievements of all students. You will be joining an experienced and supportive English team with a track record of success and passion about creative, engaging teaching and learning. The ideal candidate will have excellent subject knowledge, be self-motivated and have a real passion for teaching. You will have the ability to teach throughout KS3 and KS4 - GCSE English Language and Literature. The post is suitable for an NQT looking to start an exciting new career or for an experienced teacher looking for a new and highly desirable post.

The successful candidate will be an outstanding practitioner able to deliver exciting, relevant and challenging lessons to students of all abilities. We are looking to appoint a well-qualified and enthusiastic Teacher of English with the ability and ambition to be an outstanding classroom practitioner, committed and passionate about the power of education to transform the lives of young people.
