Ercall Wood Technology College is a happy, innovative and forward thinking school in Telford, Shropshire, with many exceptional features. We occupy a brand new, state of the art build which is a pleasure to work in.

We are seeking to appoint a well-qualified, confident, creative and enthusiastic teacher of English. Suitable candidates will be able to demonstrate the ability to be an effective team member and create imaginative solutions to raising the attainment of students.

The department are eager to build on the improvement we have seen over the last 3 years and extend our capacity to meet increasing demand. Suitable candidates will be committed to provide enjoyable lessons that engage the pupils and reflect the teacher’s enthusiasm for the subject.

We provide high level of support and professional development and can offer a positive friendly and welcoming working environment. In 2011 we were awarded outstanding for our induction of NQT’s by the Local Authority. As such NQT’s are welcome to apply.
