We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic PE teacher to join a young, supportive, highly successful and innovatory team. You will be able to teach GCSE PE, BTEC level 2 & 3 and Sports Leaders and be committed to out of hours learning to help organise and run teams as part of an extra curricular programme.

All areas of sport considered however, the ability to teach and coach Dance as well as the major team games would be an advantage. The ability to teach a second subject such as Science or Maths would be desirable but not essential. This post would suit an NQT or an experienced teacher.

Edenham High is a Foundation School, granted special status for Technology in 1999, the first in the Croydon area. TC designation has allowed the school to progress rapidly in the development of facilities and ICT capability. Edenham has become a centre of excellence as a result of offering training and support to the wider community within the area, including the primary sector and parents. Continued funding will ensure that Edenham is able to further develop the facilities and the quality of the curriculum provision to enrich the pupils’ experience both before and on joining the school. We have recently also been awarded the ICT quality mark from NAACE.
