The Role

The School

The Corsham School is a well-established, high-performing specialist school, and became an Academy on 01 April 2011. We remain an 11-18 mixed comprehensive serving the community of Corsham and surrounding villages. All our staff are committed to developing creativity across the curriculum.

Our record of Value Added is excellent and our students achieve examination results consistently above the national averages. This is an exciting time to join this highly successful, well-regarded school.

“The 6th Form is outstanding. Students make exceptional progress and are excellent role models for younger students.” (Ofsted 2012)

“Relationships between students and their peers and between students and their teachers are strengths of the school.” (Ofsted 2012)

“Across the school and most notably in foundation subjects, teachers fully exploit opportunities for students to work creatively.” (Ofsted 2012)
