At Bosworth our main aim is to ensure all students continue to develop into confident, capable and successful people who can take control of their future lives. We encourage and work with students so they can concentrate on their learning in an environment where they can work co-operatively. We value everyone’s positive contribution and we have high expectations of all students. We work hard to provide the best teaching, to give clear guidance and to offer effective support. We believe everyone has the potential to learn and develop. While we value the individual, we encourage a strong sense of community and responsibility for others.

We are continually seeking to improve our students’ performance in the whole range of national qualifications. Our responsibility is to make sure they are prepared for the next stage whether it is further or higher education or the world of work. We want the best possible future for all our students so we know it is important to invest in them now.
