Penistone Grammar School Advanced Learning Centre is looking to recruit a full-time teacher for a 1 year fixed term contract of MFL, French and Spanish with the enthusiasm, drive and talent to continue the department’s well-established tradition of success.
We are looking for a MFL teacher who shares the vision and ethos of the school, and who believes they can make a difference in the life of each and every student they teach. Penistone Grammar School Advanced Learning Centre is a ‘Good’ school poised to be ‘Outstanding’ very soon. We are a vibrant, oversubscribed 11 to 18 comprehensive school with excellent GCSE results across all subjects. We are placed in the top 10 schools in the county in terms of Key Stage 4 and our A level results and destinations are equally impressive with over 85% of students gaining entrance to their first choice universities last year.

Penistone Grammar School really is a special place to work.
