Leyton Sixth Form College offers a wide range of A level and vocational courses to approximately 2,000 full-time 16-19 year old students. We are presently seeking an excellent teacher to teach Musical Theatre.

Our Expressive Arts department has modern facilities as part of our extensive building and redevelopment programme. The purpose built accommodation includes a 120 seat theatre, dedicated studio spaces for drama and dance, full equipped photography and television studios, music practice rooms and an editing suite. This provides an excellent learning environment for our students and also enables us to run a successful calendar of productions and performances.

In order to be considered for this role, you will be qualified to teach within a sixth form college and be able to demonstrate exceptional classroom management and organisational skills, as well as have a successful track record of raising the standard of attainment and aspirations of students. You will have the ability to assess, record and report student achievement as well as the ability to teach Communication and Culture as a subject.
