High Close School is a flourishing residential and day special school catering for up to 85 young people with a complex range of needs. The school has the Quality Mark award for PE and Sport and has a new position for a PE teacher with up-to-date knowledge and experience of the NC. The position may suit an NQT or someone at the start of their career to work with the current Subject Leader. We are seeking a teacher with high expectations of learning and behaviour and a belief in the capacity of every child to achieve.

This is an exciting opportunity for a well-motivated teacher who is:

High Close School is a weekly boarding residential and day special school catering for young people with a complex range of Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.

We cater for young people in KS2, KS3 and KS4. We offer a traditional school experience equivalent to mainstream with outcomes that includes recognised qualifications at the end of KS4.  We do this in small classes with high levels of pastoral care and support.
