St Thomas Aquinas is a large and thriving 11-18 Catholic comprehensive school situated in the south of Birmingham. We have 1,248 students on roll of whom 226 are in the Sixth Form. In September 2011 the school completed a very successful OFSTED inspection and was judged to be an Outstanding School.
The Governors wish to appoint an enthusiastic and suitably qualified Teacher of Science who will join a team of specialists with a strong tradition of working together.
The person appointed will be a graduate able to teach at all levels and experience of teaching Chemistry would be beneficial.
This is a wonderful opportunity for the right person to work with highly dedicated staff in a popular Catholic secondary school.

St Thomas Aquinas is a large and thriving Catholic comprehensive school situated in the town of Kings Norton, in the south of Birmingham. Along with seven local primary schools, it is part of Lumen Christi MAC, a growing Catholic Multi Academy. The secondary school with a sixth form educates girls and boys aged between 11 and 18. There are approximately 1,160+ pupils on roll with around 160 students in the Sixth Form.
