Required preferably after Easter 2015, a well-qualified and highly motivated teacher of science to deliver all three sciences to GCSE level.  The successful applicant will demonstrate a proven track record of designing and delivering high level lessons and ensuring students make good and improving progress. A substantial recruitment and retention payment will be available for an outstanding candidate who can demonstrate the drive and enthusiasm we are seeking.

North Kesteven Academy is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational secondary school with sixth form in Lincolnshire, serving students from the age of 11-18. The Academy is situated in Lincoln.

North Kesteven Academy was founded in 1961 as a grammar school. In 2015 the Academy school was identified as good by Ofsted. It converted to academy status in 2011.
