We are looking for a well-qualified and enthusiastic teacher of Science to join our Science Faculty. As an NQT you can expect a comprehensive induction package and tailored support throughout your first year. You will be offered a reduced timetable to help support your personal and professional development. A subject mentor from the Science department will help nurture and develop you to become an outstanding teacher. If you are an experienced teacher we can offer you a comprehensive CPD package to support you in the next stage of your career.

The successful applicant will join a strong team in our Science department where everyone is committed to delivering high quality learning. We will offer specialist GCSE and A Level teaching for the right candidate. As subject specialists we will be able to give you effective support in this area.

Finham Park is a popular and successful 11 -18 comprehensive school situated in the south west of Coventry. It has an excellent reputation within the local community as well as nationally and internationally. The school was re-accredited as a World Class School in July 2018.

Ofsted described the school as a place where there is a strong culture of learning and a proven track record of academic success, with students consistently making above average levels of progress in their studies in both Key Stages 4 and 5. The behaviour of the students is Outstanding.
