Job overview

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding and inspirational teacher of Science to work within a vibrant and successful faculty that has a sustained record of outstanding attainment as KS3 and KS4. Candidates must be able to offer Chemistry to KS4. The successful candidate will be committed to excellence through innovative practice.

Bishop Rawstorne Church of England Academy is based near Leyland in Lancashire. It is a growing school with an intake of 960 students representing the whole ability-range and has been providing high quality Christian education for over 60 years. It is this Christian message and ethos that underpins the core values that allow us to ensure that students are able to achieve a rounded academic, spiritual, moral, social and cultural education.
