Job overview

From September 2015 Prince William School will be accepting Year 7 students and will become an 11-18 school. As a result we are looking to appoint several new teaching staff to start with us in the new academic year.

We seek to appoint two outstanding teachers of Science, to join a thriving Science Department. Many students study separate sciences at GCSE and continue to study Science to A level. Staff work collaboratively to ensure success.

You will be required to teach across the Sciences at KS3 and possibly KS4. You will be an inspirational teacher, with a passion to continually improve your teaching and learning with your classes. You will make good use of ICT both in teaching and in using data to inform your planning.This post is suitable for newly qualified teachers or more experienced teachers. Through your daily teaching you will show that you can support the aims and ethos of the department and the school. Year 7 and 8 students will be joining us for the first time in the school’s history from September 2015. One post will possibly be required to deliver three hours of BTEC Child Development to Year 11.
