We are looking to recruit a full time teacher with any of the following: NQT/MPS/UPS.

Hartshill School of Science and the Arts is a ‘good’ school, (Ofsted May 2013), that offers an extremely welcoming atmosphere with highly motivated students. Our dedicated and experienced staff are creative, friendly and passionate about raising standards. We are very proud of our recent examination success, proving that as a united team we can achieve our school motto ‘No goal is beyond us’. Our students have just delivered the best examination results in the school’s history for Science following many years of hard work.

Are you vibrant, progressive, risk taking and determined? Our Science Department requires a talented and dedicated Science specialist to join them in moving the subject towards even greater heights. The triumphant candidate will be joining a highly successful and motivated team, and will be expected to teach across the full age and ability range at Key Stages 3 and 4. This is a full-time position which is ideal for either an NQT or an experienced teacher.

About Hartshill Academy

Hartshill Academy is a secondary academy in Nuneaton, Warwickshire, for pupils aged 11-16.

Hartshill Academy is set in extensive grounds and the catchment covers very diverse urban and rural areas. This is a very exciting time for Hartshill Academy as we prepare for the move to our new building in September 2023. We are very fortunate to be one of the 50 schools chosen nationally as part of this project and we are all looking forward to the new opportunities this will bring.
