Values and Vision

Bradon Forest School aims to encourage students to work their hardest to achieve excellent results. Students should have respect for others and be tolerant of people from various backgrounds within the local community. The school hopes all students get the best learning experience. Children get the opportunity to go on trips. This includes day trips to the theatre or sports field trips, as well as residential visits to New York, Iceland or skiing in the Alps. The academy also aims to develop the skills of each student and to push them to become life-long learners once they leave the school premises.

Ofsted report

“The pace of progress has been rapid. As a result, both the quality of teaching and the behaviour of pupils are better, which has led to higher levels of achievement. Pupils’ achievement is rising over time and the attainment of pupils leaving the school is now well above average. Inspectors noted the ‘warm’ relationships that exist between teachers and pupils; a reflection of mutual trust and respect… the pupils at Bradon Forest are known as individuals and cared for by staff who value the relationships they share with pupils.”
