Teacher SEN

We are delighted to invite applications for the post of Teacher SEN at Pioneer House High School to join us starting in the September 2024.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a Special Educational Needs Secondary School, supporting our pupils and colleagues to develop the school community in our beautiful purpose-built building.

Main purpose of the job

The post holder is required to fulfil the professional responsibilities which are common to all classroom teachers in the school, as outlined in the current School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions Document.

These detail the professional and particular duties required of teachers, together with requirements for management time, working time, guaranteed planning and preparation time. The school complies with these requirements in order to make reasonable demands of teachers.

The post holder’s key responsibilities will be improving the standards of learning and raising levels of student achievement for all students in their care.

The closing date for this application is 5th May 2025. The interview process will take place thereafter.
