We are seeking a teacher on a permanent basis, to join our dedicated and supportive team at Lindfield Primary Academy.

This is an important role for our academy as we constantly strive to improve and excel in all that we do.  We are looking for a teacher who can nurture, inspire, and motivate our children and who will contribute effectively to the vision and ambition of our academy.

Lindfield Primary Academy

At Lindfield Primary Academy, we pride ourselves on building relationships between staff and pupils that are caring and positive. Each child feels valued. Dedicated support staff ensure every child’s needs are met, and their spiritual, moral, social and cultural development is supported.

Our on-site Forest School allows children to develop a connection with nature. The opportunity to explore builds children’s confidence, develops their self-esteem and enhances their emotional and social skills.

The academy is a well-resourced setting where high expectations, good teaching and dedicated staff mean each pupil, as an individual, is both supported and challenged, whatever their ability.
