Green End Primary School wishes to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated teaching assistant, for Key Stage 2, on a 1 year contract.

The role will involve supporting groups of children in class and out of class, with a strong emphasis on improving reading, writing and mathematics skills. Candidates will need excellent literacy and numeracy skills and an assessment of these will form part of the recruitment process.

The successful candidates will have recent and relevant experience of working with children, supporting learning, in a school setting. They will also be highly motivated, dynamic, have strong team work skills and a ‘can do’ approach to their work.
