Hadlow College is Kent's premier land-based college and one of the top three such colleges in the United Kingdom, having been confirmed as ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted in 2010.

We are looking for an outstanding Initial Teacher Training practitioner with an excellent understanding of teaching, tutoring and learning. The successful candidate will be required to provide a wide range of managerial leadership and support to the Advanced Learning Practitioners, as well as contribute to the effective implementation of quality systems and monitoring across the Hadlow Group. You will be also have an excellent understanding of Ofsted requirements related to Initial Teacher Training in Post Compulsory Education and Training and the Common Inspection Framework.

To be successful you must be educated to level 7 and hold a recognised teaching qualification. Across the college we also ask that you provide evidence of level 2 literacy and numeracy.

This is a full time post, working 37 hours per week. As well as a contributory pension scheme, health cash plan, free car parking, this post also attracts 35 days holiday each year, excluding bank holidays.

The successful candidate will be required to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service Check (DBS) and provide proof of their right to work in the UK. A prohibition check will also be carried out where applicable.
