An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Medical Needs Teaching Service (MNTS) for a Teaching and Learning Manager, (responsibility TLR 2b).
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic teacher to be responsible for the teaching and learning of young people with medical needs (including mental health) in the community. The person appointed will be part of the leadership team.
The successful candidate will be :
- An enthusiastic and creative teacher
- Able to work with other professionals as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Able to work as part of the Senior Leadership Team with a whole service vision
- Able to manage, motivate, monitor and lead the community education team including supply teachers
