The Trustees at this successful independent school are seeking to appoint a well-qualified, enthusiastic, effective Teaching Assistant to join our team of dedicated Teaching and Support Staff in September.

The post holder will be able to support our students across the secondary school and it would be desirable if they could support in the English Department with LAMBDA. We are able to offer additional support and training for the successful candidate to ensure that the students’ needs are met.

You will:

  • Be an experienced Teaching Assistant ideally with experience of supporting secondary students
  • Be able to support pupils in reaching their full potential by work closely with the SENCO and Class Teacher to offer support to pupils in 1:1, small group and classroom settings
  • Respect the school’s ethos, aims and values
  • Enjoy being part of a supportive team
  • Be caring and enthusiastic
