We seek to appoint a qualified Teaching Assistant 5 afternoons a week to join our hard-working staff team and support pupils in their learning in focused intervention groups to deliver a tailored intervention programme.
The successful candidate will need to:
- Have a very good understanding of SEND
- Have experience of delivering intervention programmes effectively
- Be able to work as part of a team and have good communication skills
- Conduct and support learning in 1:1 and small group situations
- Communicate assessment and evaluations of learning to the class teacher and SENDCo
- Build good relationships with children, parents and staff
