Hours Part Time (10 hours)

Contract Fixed Term Contract (Until 31/08/2016)

We seek to appoint a qualified Teaching Assistant 5 afternoons a week to join our hard-working staff team and support pupils in their learning in focused intervention groups to deliver a tailored intervention programme.

The successful candidate will need to:

  • Have a very good understanding of SEND
  • Have experience of delivering intervention programmes effectively
  • Be able to work as part of a team and have good communication skills
  • Conduct and support learning in 1:1 and small group situations
  • Communicate assessment and evaluations of learning to the class teacher and SENDCo
  • Build good relationships with children, parents and staff
