Wightwick Hall School is a forward thinking Secondary Special School on the Wolverhampton/South Staffordshire border. Due to expansion, we are looking to appoint dedicated, enthusiastic and energetic Teaching Assistants, who can make a positive contribution to the life of the school and are committed to raising standards.
Wightwick Hall School is dedicated to providing a creative curriculum and stimulating environment that allows pupils to thrive. There is a warm friendly atmosphere at the school and the pupils are at the heart of everything we do.
We are looking for Teaching Assistants who:
· Have experience with or caring for children with additional needs, including complex behavioural and medical needs.
· Ability to work constructively as part of a team and on own initiative.
· Demonstrates support and shows mutual respect to students.
· Committed to the needs of the student.
· NVQ3 or equivalent qualification.
