Teaching Assistant Level 2

Term time only plus 5 days (46.8 weeks)

We are looking for a special person who has experience supporting children on a one to one basis. Are you very animated? Are you highly motivated, energetic and enthusiastic? Are you passionate about making learning opportunities for children exciting and engaging? Do you recognise your involvement in the supportive role for parents? Do you have good listening skills? Are you able to show initiative and creativity? Do you enjoy working and contributing to successful teams?

The governors are seeking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic committed person to join our happy, friendly welcoming school team. You will need to have an understanding of early development of speech and language, have ideas about alternative communication aids, be passionate about delivering high quality learning experiences for children. Working as part of a team of staff providing support to children of all abilities, duties will include assisting the teacher in the delivery of the curriculum, care and welfare of pupils and small group work.
