St Gregory’s Catholic Academy wish to appoint a qualified, skilled and enthusiastic teaching assistant, to work in our Reception class and on interventions, St Gregory’s is a member of the Carmel Education Trust and is committed to becoming an outstanding school.

 The successful applicant will be employed by the Carmel Education Trust.

St Gregory’s is a mixed, non-selective, Roman Catholic primary school with nursery situated in Stockton-on-Tees, County Durham. It is part of  Carmel Education Trust, a multi-academy trust which supports six other Christian academy schools in the UK and aims to provide a practical and moral purpose to the furthering of education. An average-sized primary school, St Gregory’s will provide a total of 266 places to students aged 3-11 when fully subscribed.

In March 2013, Carmel College converted to become a multi-academy trust under the name Carmel Education Trust; St Gregory’s opened as an academy converter in April.
