The Head Teacher and Governors at Highfield Primary School are seeking to appoint a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to play a significant role in developing children’ s learning. The post is for 37 hours per week, term-time only. The position will be reviewed in April 2016

• Has high expectations for themselves and the pupils in his/her care
• Has energy and enthusiasm and a positive attitude
• Has experience of working with children in Early Years
• Has excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
