Job overview

28.5 hours per week – Term Time Only plus 5 Days

Applications are invited from suitably experienced, motivated and qualified persons to work under the guidance of teaching / senior staff, initially working in Upper Key Stage 2. This will involve implementing agreed work programmes with individual groups, in or out of class, general support for teaching staff and the provision of temporary cover supervision of classes.

A good level of literacy and numeracy skills will be essential as will be the ability to demand the respect of children at the end of their KS2 education.

We can offer the successful candidate a friendly team of professional staff to work with and a setting where children are keen to learn and parents/carers are supportive.
