Teaching Assistant

We are looking to appoint a committed experienced teaching assistant to support children in our school.

We are looking for people who:

·        has experience working with SEN children with complex needs – essential requirement 

·        Has A-C grades in GCSE Maths and English or above

·        Who is ICT proficient

·        Who is flexible, hardworking and passionate about their work

·        Who is able to work as part of a team

·        Who has experience of working in a school setting

·        Who shows commitment to ensuring equality of opportunity for all learners

·        loves playing, talking and working with children of all abilities and has excellent communication skills

·        enjoys working indoors and outdoors in all weathers and can work on their own initiative

·        has a full commitment to, and understanding of, inclusive education

·        has an excellent attendance and punctuality record

·        Is flexible and can adapt to changing situations
