This is a full time fixed term post available until 30th September 2016

You will have a PhD in educational sociology or philosophy of education or educational policy, or a related discipline, and will have academic experience at postdoctoral level including established contributions to teaching.

You will take responsibility for teaching, developing and administering courses on a range of undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes, including those in Initial Teacher Education.

You will be based within the Institute for Education, Community and Society in the School of Education.

A track record of publications in peer-reviewed, high quality journals is desirable. An interest in technology or experience of developing digital environments for learning would be an advantage.
