The Quest Academy is looking for a skilled and passionate Leader of the Creative Arts to lead our vibrant Faculty.
The Quest Creative Arts team is very strong and delivers consistently high standards – in the classroom, through results, and the range of extra-curricular activities which take place. The Faculty is composed of Art, Drama, Music and Media Studies. The team is well established and we are seeking a new leader (who could have a background in any of the above specialisms) for the team following the relocation of our existing Team Leader.
The main aim of this role is to lead the Faculty to ensure that our students benefit from an ambitious and fulfilling curriculum in all subjects within the faculty. You will be required to lead and actively engage in sharing of up-to-date teaching pedagogy to ensure standards of teaching in the faculty are high.

The Quest Academy opened in 2010 and is part of The Collegiate Trust.
We opened our sixth form, Quest6 in 2012 and moved into stunning new buildings in 2014, providing the very best facilities for our staff and students.
